Pre-30 Day Shred

I might regret this later but here they are. PICTURES!!!!! My friends and family will probably think I have gone CRAZY, but whatever it takes for me to shred the inches.

over flowing. I guess I don't look to bad as long as I cover my belly, but wait till you see the rest of the pictures below. I am really excited

30 day shred A NEW BEGINNING!!!!!!!!

I have never done this before. Before this week I didn't even know what a blog was. I am in the learning process. I decided to create this blog because I need to change a lot of things in my life. For starters I would like to be a more healthy individual. I started Jiallian Michaels 30 day shred on Friday Dec. 11th. I was very motivated by a blog that I visited last week. I will be posting my weekly results. I started out weighing 160. My goal is to loose 20 pounds and to tone my body.
